SUMMARY: faa0: Illegal length, packet dropped

From: Sheila Hollenbaugh <shollen_at_valhalla.cs.wright.edu>

The wisdom from DEC support on this message is that it means exactly what it
says - something on the FDDI ring is generating packets of and illegal length
(in this case truncated) and they are being discarded by the interface. If the
problem is infrequent it is no cause for alarm.

The entire message:
>
gamma vmunix: faa0: Illegal length, packet dropped; len = 17
