Thanks to Emmanuel Choquet and John P. Hube .
Both replies suggested to re-create the backup device files in /dev . In
fact , the file was corrupted as it reported an Ascii file , should be
a scsi device file .(rmt0h)
The problem was solved by deleting the file, reacreating it using
./MAKEDEV tzxxx .
(created a new rmt0h which worked fine )
