chroot command?

 Has anyone run into problems w/ chroot
 on D.U. 3.2g - 4.0a

 I am using advfs

 I am chrooting to fileset mounted under usr
 The problem seems to be with my command line.


 168:/usr>chroot /usr /usr/bin/sh
 /usr/bin/sh: not found
 168:/usr>

 This happens where ever I try chroot regardless if the command arg.
