DICGITAL UNIX AND DNS

Hi Digital Managers

I have a bunch of digital workstations running du 3.0 and also a aplha running NT with a lot of pc's connected, i'm wondering if the workstations can resolve names using NT DNS and if possible any guidelines in how to do it?
