Multiple Cron Runs

I'm using DU 3.2D on a 2100 and was wondering why
a cron job would run multiple times.

For some reason a single cron entry will fire three times.

Here is the cron entry:

8,23,38,53 * * * * /opt/dsf/cron_files/ftp_out 32500

For example, at 10:53 it will run three times.
