Is an upgrade from NT Server to DEC UNIX possible on ALPHA 4100 5/400 ?

Dear DEC UNIX managers
It is much cheeper to buy a 4100 5/400 with NT Licence and a UNIX
Licence seperately. Are there any problems to do it like this. Order an
NT Server and upgrade it into a DEC Server running DU. Are there any
modules missing, when we order the machine as NT Server?
Has anyone any experience in doing that.
Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.
