problem with graphic card

Hello,

I've installed Digital Unix 4.0 operating system on a DIGITAL DEC 3000-300
whose disk has been re-partitioned.
This station has a special graphic card ( 24 planes- 3D) which is normally
referenced as " PMAG-DA ".
So this card isn't recognized by the system, and the graphic mode can't work.
The "sizer -gt" command gives the response: " GENERIC " in state of "PMAG-DA",
but the graphic card is well recognized as a device ( the ">>>show device "
command shows the PMAG-DA card).
When the system is booting, there are the following messages which can explain
the problem:
>> DDR: WARNING: unable to obtain Device Information Database. Unable to open
>> file /etc/ddr.db
>> DDR: WARNING: Basic Defaults will be used
>> Module PMAG-DA not in tc_option data table, can't configure it.

I don't know where I can modify an existent table, or which CD-ROM can resolv
the problem.
The file " /usr/sys/conf/TDSI06" where TDSI06 is the hostname station don't
contain any graphic card device ...

I wait for help,

Thanks,
Sophie TELLIEZ.
