Hi Gurus,
Well... I'm still trying configure MH POPD! But, the people who answer
my first e-mail talk me to change the popd to popper or qpopper.... I'm
thinking seriuosly on it... but...
My problem to change the popd is: I have almost 500 PO box already
actives on my machine... this POX box don't have a valid username-password
for Unix login, it are defined in the file ~pop/POP not in /etc/passwd!
There are another pop server who implements this ?? I want only it
doesn't use the /etc/passwd file for authentication!
If there isn't such think, I will be fine if there is a way to don't
permit this user (defined in passwd only for e-mail) to telnet to my
machine! Is it possible ? to setup permissions for only some users to
telnet into my Unix box and at the same all of them have valid passwords ?
Thanks in advance,
Antonio.
