Boot from KZPSC-BA controller?

We have an AlphaServer 2100 4/275 which has been running fine on its
built-in 2GB drive. Due to user requirements we recently added a KZPSC-BA
three-channel scsi controller and 3 4GB drives which we configured into an
8GB raid array with StorageWorks.

Scuttlebutt from the salesman was that we couldn't boot off the raid
drives. Does anyone know if this is true? It would be nice if the whole
system was raid protected.
