Printing problems.

Hi managers,

1. I am trying to print multiplay copies on my printer (hp5m) using the
command :
lpr -#4 a.c
or
lp -n 4 a.c

but still only one copy is being printed.

The machine is Alpha server2000 (4.0b), the printer is HP5M.

The /etc/printcap :
hp5m|lp:\
        :fc#0177777:\
        :fs#023:\
        :if=/usr/lbin/ps_level2of:\
        :lf=/usr/adm/lperr:\
        :lp=:\
        :of=/usr/lbin/ps_level2of:\
        :mx#0:\
        :pl#66:\
        :pw#80:\
        :rm=wizhp5m:\
        :rp=text:\
        :rw:\
        :sb:\
        :sh:\
        :mc#20:\
        :sd=/usr/spool/lpd:\
        :xf=/usr/lbin/xf:

2. Does anybody know if there is a notify flag (other than mail) that
can be set at the printing command if the print job ended?

3. Does anybody know if there is an option to print a job from page
number X to page number Y?

Best
 regards,

All above opinions are personal, unless stated otherwise.
