TCP receive queue depth tuning

I've been poking around an OSF 3.0 system looking for the
right magic to adjust the tcp receive queue depth, but
have come up empty. It seems that the default is 8 but
I can't find anything that looks like the right parameter
from sysconfig or in the kernel config parameters.

Can anyone point me to the proper method of adjusting the
tcp recieve queue depth?
