DEC..terminal server

Greetings,
        This has nothing really to do with digital unix ...
        I am having a problem setting the IP address on
        a DEC Terminal Server 90M. It has the IP address
        already set and I would like to change it.
        i tried change internet address <new ip>
        and it said "Internet address already set"

any ideas would be appreciated,
