Deleted, open file recovery?

Hello,

We have managed to delete a file which has been kept open by a process (Netscape server) and now
need to recover the data. Using lsof we have determined the tag number of the file, but we do not
know a way to recover the data now that we know this information.

Can anyone give some advice as to how to recover this data (ie, attach a directory entry to the file
tag)?
