Error in messages: WARNING: too many processor corrected erors.

We had a AlphaServer 2100 5/250 with 3 cpu's running 3.2b that is getting
an odd error on reboot.

In the messages log file, is the lines:

Jan 2 03:39:36 fbs vmunix: WARNING: too many processor corrected errors.
Reporting suspended.
Jan 2 03:39:36 fbs vmunix: Machine Check error corrected by processor

It doesn't seem to effect anything, and the machine boots as usual.
Has anyone seen this before?  I  thought I would ask here before placing 
a service call. :)
