panic - reboot

Last week I reformatted my system (was running 3.2c) and installed 4.0b
and restored my user data. All seemed to go well, except the system seems
to spontaneously reboot every so often. I looked at "UERF -R" and the
first entry is the system coming up, the next two entries are below. It
looks like there is a CPU problem, but I am not sure. I have had the CPU
card replaced once already. Before I call DEC, does anyone have any
ideas? Thanks...
