THE SOLUTION :

Upgrade HP Jetdirect bios.
You can see your version by printing the AUTO-TEST. It's written in INTF MOD
table :
My REV MICROLOG was A.03.16 and now A.05.05
It works well with A.03.16 and A.04.09 but fails with A.03.06
To do this, you have to download DLMSWIN.EXE and AMSWINE.EXE by
        http://hpcc997.external.hp.com/cposupport/indexes1/firmwars.html
decompress the 2 files and execute the 2 setup.exe to install windows
utilities. Then, you could upgrade your printer card with "HP Download Manager".
