There's a patch (just the file libXm.so):
TITLE: dxnotepad hangs when exiting (patch HPXQ54CEA.libXm.so mismatch)
I had to replace the file /usr/shlib/_null/libXm.so, and the problem
was fixed. This problem is specifically DU3.2X (fixed in 4.X)
