I need to install V4.2c of Networker on V4.0b. One of the pre-req's is to
install a patch (71.00 also known as OSF410-405054) After installing said
patch, the kernal wouldn't rebuild (couldn't find vm_page_free_swap).
Called csc, said I needed an advfs patch prior to installing this.
fine... DEC... could you please straighten out your patch numbering?????
I'm looking for patch id 70.01 _OR_ OSF410-400176-1. I have had nothing
but bad luck trying to match what I end up with as a patch id and what the
patch ends up on the system as.
I've perused the ftp site both anonymously and with my software id and
can't find any reference to the advfs patch.
