DECEvent: Is it free with a NAS200 package ?

Hello,

I've noticed that my servers have the 'dia' utility. This is part of dec
event. But I think DecEvent is bigger than this. Is it free with a NAS 200
package ?

If so, how do I install it. I know that I would probably use setld, but how
do I enter the licence if it is included in the NAS200 package ? I've never
installed a NAS package myself, our server came pre-built. How does the
other products get licensed after NAS200 installation ? You just register
NAS200 and all the other stuff gets an lmf entry automagically ? (Ex.: You
get the ADVFS utilities with a NAS200 package, when you install the NAS200
PAK, it automnatically installs the ADVFS utilities PAK ?)

Also, What are the benefits of using DecEvent ?
