NTrigue cursor

We've been investigating the use of NTrigue from Insignia Solutions to
allow us to run NT on our UNIX workstations. One factor that has slowed
us down is that on selected Digital UNIX machines the cursor becomes an
arrow (like you'd expect) surrounded by a white box (about 3/8" square,
the size if the pointer when it has an hourglass showing). This square
moves with the cursor and makes work difficult.

We find we do NOT have the problem on older Digital turbochannel machines
with a variety of PMAG graphic controllers, or on a PCI based
Alphastation 200 4/100 machine with a ATI64 controller.

The problem DOES occur on all of the alphastation 500's and 600's we
have, all of which are using ZLXp-L2 graphic controllers.

I would like to hear from anyone using NTrigue or other CITRIX based NT
for UNIX products, and am intersested in any ideas or methods to correct
this problem. We've approached Insignia and were advised to upgrade to
the latest version of Intrigue (3.0SP5) and also to Digital UNIX 4.0. We
did, but the problem still exists as before. So now I turn to the real
experts, who subscribe to this list.
