Problems(?) with ln0 ethernet

I have trawled the archives but have not found an answer.

I am trying to use a program called Interman, a network monitoring tool.
When I try to start it I get...

%./interman
Colour display detected
Page type: A4
ln0: Interrupted system call

Now, ln0 is my ethernet device, but there is no file for it in /dev. I am
assuming that this is
the problem.

I have PACKETFILTER option in the kernel set and have done a ./MAKEDEV pfilt
but it still doesn't work!

TIA

Paul
