100 MB NICs

I'm in immediate need of a couple 10/100 MB NICs for an AlphStation 250
running Digital UNIX 3.2g. I can't find any of DEC's DE500 cards (best
delivery is June 12). Does anyone know of any other supported boards, or
available DE500s.
