can't open osf_boot

Hi managers,

We are running osf3.2c on DEC3000/700. Last night, the workstation
was down for absolutly unknown reason. I tried to reboot this morning,
but I got the following message:

        ...
        AUDIT_LOAD_DONE
        can't open osf_boot

What does this mean? How can I get it back?
