Followup: DECnsr and saveset completion reporting

Hi again !

I forgot to mention two important things:

1. Some of the saveset reports are apparently correct: they report xGB
(x>=10) and seems to coincide with the fileset fill ratio and hardware
compression.
2. I have installed the serverpatch #1 subset, BRXP1SOAKIT422.
