dxchpwd - insufficient privileges

     Hi,
     
     I run DU 3.2g and enhanced security. When I run /usr/tcb/bin/dxchpwd,
     the following message shows up: Insufficient privileges.
     
     But the passwd command works OK.
     
     The mode is:
     claudia.dscc.dk> ls -l /usr/tcb/bin
     total 808
     -rwxr-xr-x 1 bin bin 401408 Jul 25 1995 XIsso
     -rwxr-xr-x 1 bin bin 376832 Jul 25 1995 XSysAdmin
     -rwsr-xr-x 1 root bin 49152 Jul 19 1996 dxchpwd
     claudia.dscc.dk>
     
     Anyone got a clue ?
