Thanks to all the respondents (several of which request anonymity). The
answered indicated that a 2100 4/200 is between 3 and 10 faster than a VAX
6000-410. As with all benchmarks, the numbers are going to vary according
to the actual operations performed by the benchmarks themselves. So I took
a somewhat pessimistic view, and said used 5x.
