Hi All ,
I am setting up a new 4100 V4.0B. It will be a production
admin machine , and therefore the powers here dont want ANY
down time. I have two KZPSC controllers. I have been asked to
mirror the WHOLE system across controllers to eliminate
the controllers as a point of failure. (paranoia ?)

quetions A) Realistically , what are the chances of a controller
            failing. Has anyone experienced this.

         B) I know I will have to use voledit to change the userid
of my Sybase disks , does anyone else have any other
gotchas they could share with me.

         C) I was intending to set my disks (RZ29B) to raid 0
and let LSM do the mirroring. Is that OK or would
it be better to set the disks to JBOD and let LSM
do the mirroring and striping as well.

Thanking you ,
