Followup: Weakness in /sbin/init.d/lpd for 3.2

I got an answer from Rainer Landes
(Computer-Administration_at_Physik.uni-karlsruhe.de) telling that the
problem was not present in 4.0. In 4.0 there's a completely new way of
doing things, among which getting the pid of a process is a separate
shell/awk script under /sbin/init.d/bin.
