SunOS 4.1x Printcap for the HP 5SIMX with JetDirectCard

Hello fellow Unix Admins. Does anyone have a SunOS 4.1x printcap entry
that can print both ascii and postsript for the HP 5SIMX with a
JetDirect Card? Currently I use two differnt printcap files to print
ascii and postrscript files.

To print ascii I use:
lj1_text|text1:\

         

            :lp=:\

            :rm=laserjet1:\

            :rp=text:\

                :lf=/usr/spool/lpd/lj1_text.log:\

                :sd=/usr/spool/lpd/lj1_text:

To print postscript I use:
lj1_raw|raw1:\

         

            :lp=:\

            :rm=laserjet1:\

            :rp=raw:\

            :lf=/usr/spool/lpd/lj1_raw.log:\

            :sd=/usr/spool/lpd/lj1_raw:
