Upgrade 3.2b > 4.0B : Partition Issues

Looking for advice on partition requirements when doing this upgrade.
Currently, we have :

Alpha 2100

2 RZ28b
1 RZ28

Like most, root presently resides on partition a (64 MB) and very little
is available.
