Hi Managers,
We have a 4100 Alpha running D-UNIX 3.2.G, and we want to
use a RAID option for the disk-drives.
All the disks are now configured as JBOD devices.
We thinking about the RAID-5 option for data disks, not
the system-disk.
What I have heart is that RAID-5 is slower than other RAID
solutions, bud how much slower ?
Are there engineers outside who have experience with the
performance of RAID-5 ?
