I just encountered an interesting situation with the Digital UNIX 3.2C
e-mail vacation program. I followed the steps in the man pages and setup
the .forward file accordingly.
Problem: when a user that has a vacation setup sends an e-mail to them
self, a recursive situation exists.
True, this is a silly situation, but it would be nice anyway to have the
vacation program recognize this situation and not keep sending the vacation
message back the user causing the recursive situation.
Has anyone fixed the vacation program or does anyone have the source of
this program to alter?
