Tkined/Scotty compile problems still

I am trying tcl7.5, tk4.1, scotty-2.1.4. Tcl/Tk installs fine, but when I
try to make scotty, I get this:

cc: Error: ./../tnm/generic/tnmInit.c, line 221: Missing ";".

and some various warnings.

I'm NOT using gcc, just the default cc that comes with DU. Could that be
the problem?
