Hi,
      
I found the following error message in my log files:
      
Machine Check error corrected by processor
Physical address of error ffffff000f4618cf Corrected ECC
   Error in B-Cache during D-Cache fill

I called Digital and they told me there was a problem with
the cpu (it appears that B-cache is the cache on the cpu).

ps Different people suggested me to install dia (decevent)
and use this instead of uerf. I will certainly do this...
