Summary: Networks monitoring apps

Thanks to everyone who replied.

Besides Tkined/Scotty, which is pretty useful as a monitoring and SNMP
tool, the only other applications anyone mentioned where Etherman and
Interman. Both of which are fairly useful, and certainly fun to watch. :)
