Question:Menu Print

I am on DU 3.2b. Using lpr, users print text and postscript with no
problems. However, when viewing, for example, on-line documentation via
bookreader and the user chooses File|Print Topic, the process filesystem
fills up to 100%, the /tmp directory has huge .tmp file in it (also
companion file with the same name but .log extension) until partition
with /tmp reaches 100%. The only way to recover is to find and kill the
offending processes (emulex print filters) and then delete the print
files in the /tmp directory. This problem has probably been around
since the unit was fired up but apparently no one has ever tried it
before! Can someone point me in a direction to start investigating (or
maybe even knows what this problem's solution is?). Otherwise, I start
with the print filters.
Thanks,
Bob
