How to configure a DE500-AA network card? another question

Hi,
we have an Alpha 200 with a DE500-AA Fast Etherworks PCI cards in it.
As our 3com switch has a full duplex port, I would like to enable full
duplex on this card. But there is no (!) documentation about OSF
configuration in the manual.

Any help appreciated.
