Help with file

Hi All,

        I have a file on an ADVFS domain that I can't rm or unlink
when I try to rm the the file I get


rm 00_index.txt
rm: 00_index.txt: Bad file number


How can I fix this this ???? The system is running Dec Unix V3.2G.
