I received only one answer from Julian Rodriguez <RodrigJUL_at_mail.dec.com>:
"You are short of shared memory."
This is very strange, because there was only 40 processes running. So I
used the "Windows NT" solution: reboot the system. Next time I will try to
jump to single user mode and restart after.
