Q: WinNT "adduser" script

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone had a Windows NT "adduser" script similiar to that on
Digital Unix? I'm looking for one that can create accounts, copy a default
login directory and add a share for the home directory as well as add the user
to multiple groups. However I'll take the beginnings of any adduser script --
it's easier to modify something than to create from scratch. :-)
