QUOTA

Hi!!

        How can I established the quota in my system. It is
mounted on a Alpha Server 4100 running Digital Unix 4.0, the directory
where I want the quota is :
/home ufs

        I modify the /etc/fstab, and I put userquota and gruopquota, but
doesn't work.
Could anybody help me, or know how the quota works.???????????????
