Answer:
        The basic answer is the customer is confused. They later found out
that they are running v4.0c of DU (there is no 5.0x release of DU). The
difference between OSF1 and DU is that OSF is the v3.2x of the OS and DU is
the v4.0x of the OS. There is probably more to it than just the version
numbering (ie features added, bugs fixed,...) but that is the basic difference.
