Hello all,
We recently installed a KZPSA SCSI Adapter in an Alpha 8200 running
Digital Unix 4.0b. The module in installed in the slot 11 of DWLPA PCI
Shelf. The adapter is connected to a HSZ50 with dual redundant
controllers. When the command show dev is given in the halt prompt the
following error appears:

Does any one had a similar problem?. Is there any set up needed for the
adapter or is it slot specific on the DWLPA PCI Shelf. The manual says
that slot 11 is for either PCI or EISA. Any help is appreciated.
