INN tuning 3.2d

Hello!

I've got an Alphaserver 1000 that is running 3.2d
I'm running INN 1.5.1

I have two RAID 0 arrays, one containing all the articles (three 4GB
drives), the other containing the "other" news files (four 2 GB drives).

"monitor" shows an average of 1.5 - 1.7 MB/sec and around 200 tps on the
filesystem containing the articles. There isn't much activity to speak of
on any other filesystem.

One odd thing is that my CPU time is mostly in Wait (90% or so) while INN
is running. All the time is in idle when it is not. Is this normal
behavior?

If anyone has any suggestions for tuning , I would greatly appreciate it!

thanks-

David
