Differences between 3.2G and 4.0C??

We have DEC Alpha 2100 servers running UNIX 3.2G. We are planning to
upgrade to 4.0C. I'm trying to write a test plan for the upgrade process.
Need help with the differences between 3.2G and 4.0C, any significant
enhancements??
