ddr entry for HP DDS3 DAT

Must be a FAQ but damned if I can find it in the archives.

We have an HP C1554A DDS3 DAT drive connected to an Alpha running DU4.0A.
Does anyone have a ddr entry for this drive (or failing that, a cam_data.c
entry that could be migrated)?
