[SUMMARY] tlz06 errors

Hi DU Admins

My question was about a lot of errors from a TLZ06 tape drive.
Most of the errors were for routine name ctape_iodone, some
for ctape_wfm and a few for ctape_move_tape. I've included a
representative uerf output from a ctape_iodone error below.

I didn't receive any replies but I'm sending this summary for
the archives in case anyone else ever gets the same problem.

According to Dec maintenance the first thing to suspect is
dirty heads. However I'd run a head cleaner through the tape
just recently so that shouldn't have been the problem.

The drive was 5 years old and as far as I could tell from the
records had never had any service or maintenance carried out
on it so Dec decided to replace it under our maintenance contract.

So far no problems with the new drive.
