Hi everybody,
thanks to all the people who answered to my question. Almost all of
them pointed towards one of the following items:
1. Use UFS instead of AdvFS. AdvFS is not that good as a filesystem that
consists of lots of small files that are constantly being deleted and
created.
2. Check permissions. All the spool tree must be owned by the news
account.
I applied both of them and now it works.
