Compiling Tcl/Tk

I am trying to compile Tcl7.6 Tk 4.1 but aren't getting very far. The
first error I get is that it can't find stdio.h. Clearly I must have
not installed a package necessary for compiling. Can anyone help me
determine what package I'm missing? Thanks.

I have DU4.0b on an AS255.
