BACK UP!!!!

Hi!!!

I need to do a Back Up on my system, but I don't know, which is the best
command than I can use. I'm running DU4.0B.
I try whit tar cvf /dev/.....
but when I try to restore the archives, I can do it, because de tape was
empty, and I need to upgrade my system, but if I have a problem, I need
the backup.
